The use of this website constitutes your acknowledgement of, and consent to abide and be bound by, the following Terms and Conditions and as per the current regulations and laws of the United Kingdom. If you do not agree with our Terms, Conditions, and Privacy Policy, please do not use this website. 

In an effort to better serve you we will keep these Terms, Conditions, and Privacy Policy under review to ensure they remain relevant and useful for all parties. In principle we will collect and/or retain only the data which is required to fulfil our obligations to you in relation to your requests.

PRODUCTS

Payment Methods

All online purchases through this website are processed through Squarespace ecommerce and offer a selection of the payment methods offered by that platform.

For alternative payment methods, please contact us directly by email or our contact form.

Shipping

We aim to ship orders within 5 business days. 

Delivery times will depend on your location and available carrier services. 

Current Royal Mail Standard and Royal Mail International Tracked services are used for all shipping, unless otherwise specified. The Royal Mail shipping fees are based on the weight and dimensions of the package and the destination country.

For expedited delivery or private courier options, please contact us directly.

* Duty and/or Import Tax for international orders:
The delivery addressee is responsible for payments due for duty or tax. We are not able to calculate or estimate what may be due, as this is calculated by the imported country of the delivery address.

Returns

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, however if you wish to return your order for any reason you are welcome to do so within 28 days of receipt for an exchange or refund of the price paid for the product (shipping not included.)

Shipping fees cannot be refunded.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, unused, and in saleable condition, except where the item is damaged or faulty.

To return your item

  • 1) Notify us by email specifying your order number, reason for return, and your name and address.

  • 2) We will reply to your email with a return address for you to send the item(s). Please include your name, address, and order number in the package. We advise that you retain proof of postage. If you require an exchange, please include details of the replacement product.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of goods. The cost of returning an item must be borne by the customer and will only be refunded in the case of damaged or faulty items or where an item was sent in error.

IN-PERSON WORKSHOPS & COURSES

Ewan Clayton reserves the right to cancel, change, or alter any workshop/course listed at any time for any reason. 

If a workshop/course is cancelled by Ewan Clayton all fees paid, including deposits, will be refunded. We take no responsibility for any other costs incurred by the student including, but not exclusively, any related supplies, travel, or accommodation costs. Please confirm directly before making travel arrangements.

If you would like to cancel a registration for a workshop/course, refunds will only be issued for refundable workshop/course fees paid. Deposits are non-refundable. We take no responsibility for any other costs incurred by the student in addition to the refundable workshop fee paid, including, but not exclusively, any related supplies, travel, or accommodation costs. Please confirm directly before making travel arrangements.

 

ONLINE WORKSHOPS & COURSES (LIVE) 

Online Workshop & Course Delivery: All our Online Workshops & Courses are delivered online using third party platforms. Please see the relevant websites for their terms & conditions. We do not deliver physical products in the post. We will send you an email with the platforms we are using and a URL of the classroom / video meeting you need to log in to. This email is sent to the email address you used to register for the class and will be sent at least an hour before class begins. 

Your email address will be stored on our website to facilitate access to the online course. We will not share this data. If you would like the data we hold about you to be deleted at anytime, please get in touch via the contact page.

Sharing: By purchasing an online workshop or course, you are purchasing a single license for a specific course, for your individual use only. Content assets, including videos and images, cannot be shared.

Materials: Physical course materials and supplies are not included in the cost of the course.

Refunds: If a workshop/course is cancelled by Ewan Clayton all fees paid, including deposits, will be refunded. We take no responsibility for any other costs incurred by the student including, but not exclusively, any related supplies or online access costs.

If you would like to cancel a registration for an online workshop/course, all deposits are non-refundable. You can request a refund for the balance at any time up to the start time of the course.

No refunds any portion of course fees after the class has begun. 

To request a refund for an online workshop or course (excluding deposit when applicable):

Notify us by email specifying your order number, reason for refund request, and your name and address. We will reply by email within 5 business days. 

All Refunds will be processed within 14 days of our reply to the original form of payment.

E-COURSES & LECTURES

E-Course & Lectures Delivery: All E-courses and Lectures are delivered online using third party platforms. Please see the relevant websites for their terms & conditions. We do not deliver physical products in the post. We will send you an email with instructions for accessing the digital content. This email is sent to the email address you used when making the purchase. 

Your email address will be stored on our website to facilitate access to the online course. We will not share this data. If you would like the data we hold about you to be deleted at anytime, please get in touch via the contact page.
